Those bathrooms are horrible with pedestals sink, those are for Gas station bathrooms not for family homes, they have no storages for miscellaneous, I also think that it's too much money for rental as well as the sales price. The rental price is the 9 times the minimum wage salary of a normal worker. Who know how much the monthly HOA will be.

I don't understand why the living room is so big and the guess bathroom is so small with no space for any storage, I really like the apartment, but the bathroom's sinks are horrible, those are for gas station or small public places not for family home, they need to build it with cabinets for storages miscellaneous.
